Bird Viewing Station Getting Busy

I spent a good hour down at the bird viewing area late this afternoon. Now the weather has begun to get colder it was a lot busier (with birds not people) Blue Tits, Great Tits, Coal Tits and Long Tailed Tits. Robin, Chaffinches, Dunnock , female Bullfinch and a long awaited female Siskin. 

The Lagoon is filling up slowly. I have put some seed on the platform situated in the channel we cut in the reed bed. Check it out to see what goes on and if you have some seed please put some on. (Once the water fills the channel we won't be able to reach it.)

Check out the Ski Lake. Now the leaves are falling off the trees you can see through and their were 8 Tufted Duck on this afternoon. Another month and we should be getting some Goldeneye and other diving ducks.
