Everyone seems to be pronouncing it Cressula. It is Crassula helmsii, with an "a" . (New Zealand Pigmyweed.) Nothing to do with the cresses, but closely related to the sedums.
But if that's the nick-name it's got at CBWG, so be it. I won't be pedantic again :-)

It is growing in Channels and obviously spreading throughout as it dries out A wiser intervention might have been to manage the Lagoon as Islet clearance leaving patches surrounded which might just loaclaise spread and obviously afford any wildfowl cover from any canine line of sight
