Moth Night

There was a long wait for anything moth like to turn up, but someone spotted a newt having a snoop around.

 

After it dropped off the leaf probably dodging all the light - I looked around under & found this:

Has lumpy wart like bits - Is it a Toad?

Then finally a few moths turned up: (Couple may be the same as Colin's post)

Unfortunately the other couple of moths & Caddis flies would not hang around for snaps, so this was all we got. Not an impressive first moth night for me! but that's how nature goes.
