Great pics . . the small flower on stalks is Common Water-plantain (Alisma plantago-aquatica.) It's 3-petalled flowers on long stalks emerge with its broad lanceolate leaves from shallow water. The flowers aren't pure white but slightly lilac.We could refer to it as Alisma for short.
