Great pics . .
the small flower on stalks is Common Water-plantain (Alisma plantago-aquatica.)
It's 3-petalled flowers on long stalks emerge with its broad lanceolate leaves from shallow water. The flowers aren't pure white but slightly lilac.
We could refer to it as Alisma for short.
